Early career researchers SDG networking series

From the Sustainability Council, UAlberta:

As part of our memberships in the Sustainable Development Solutions Network and Worldwide Universities Network, early career researchers are invited to attend a series of online workshops to support Sustainable Development Goals research. The series was launched last October (you can still read about and watch a recording of the launch event).

Each 90 minute networking workshop focuses on a particular SDG and will be launched by distinguished speakers who will provide an overview of major research opportunities and challenges. Following the introductory speakers and a brief Q&A, participants will break into virtual meeting rooms to develop their international networks and collaborations.

Although principally for the benefit of early career researchers, a limited number of spaces will also be available for established researchers to attend. Please register with your @ualberta.ca email address.

Upcoming Workshop: Feb. 2, 2021  |  SDG 4 Quality Education

Introductory speakers: Stefania Giannini (UNESCO) and Dawn Freshwater (University of Auckland).
