Title: Post-Neoliberalism or Neoliberalism’s Second Act?
Abstract: Will the aftermath of the pandemic witness another round of neoliberalism, offer bigger opportunities for left politics, or be another step in the rise of the far-right? An academic/activist from the global South offers his perspective on post-Covid 19 realities.

Bio: Walden Bello is an academic, activist, and former member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of the Philippines. He is Adjunct Professor of Sociology at the University of New York at Binghamton and Co-Chair of the prominent Bangkok-based activist think tank Focus on the Global South.
