Parkland Institute is excited to announce that our 24th annual conference, After the Contagions, is now accepting registrations.
The online conference has an exciting lineup of five national keynote speakers each evening November 16-20 and six Alberta panelists on Saturday afternoon, November 21, 2-4 p.m. and ends with a fun online party with live music and spoken word poetry on Saturday evening.
After the Contagions will explore the complex environmental, medical, racial, economic, political and other contagions that challenge this moment – and, more importantly, what must be done to construct a future world that is more just, democratic and sustainable than the one being left behind.

Thanks to our conference sponsors, we are able to keep the registration costs reasonable at only $50 (or $20 for students and others with low income). In fact, if you are a regular monthly contributor to Parkland Institute or have made a one-time contribution of $50 or more in the past year, you can attend for free. If you can’t attend the full conference, you can just pay to attend any individual keynote talks or the Saturday panel for just $15 each.
