Vocal pieces:

Dance pieces:

  • Dakhlet el-Awalem Dance;
  • Raqsat Sayyed Mohammad (Sayyed Mohammad Dance) (note that the transcription was done and signed by George's beloved qanun teacher, Mr. Mostafa Kamel, who attended the 1932 congress and was part of Mohammad el-Aqqad ensemble and may have been his student. I did not realize back then how lucky I was to have him as a teacher);
  • two Zeybekli dances
  • A dance in Hijazkar (Sufi feel)

Music pieces:

  • Peshrev Nihavent Darwish Mostafa (a magnificent prelude from 17th-century Istanbul. Notice that the nahawand in the key of G uses E natural and not E flat);
