Note from Russ Baker:

Hi Everyone,

Here is the revised schedule and other info for Saturday...

Please note that, with the exception of Koo Nimo, all ensembles will be "setup and go" for the performance - no soundcheck.

4:00pm - tech setup begins; performer access to hall; dressing rooms available 6:00pm - Koo Nimo soundcheck (or sooner - please advise, Jon) 6:30pm - mandatory stage crew break begins 7:30pm - audience doors 8:00pm - show begins 10:15pm - show ends

Dressing rooms: PLEASE NOTE: Ensembles are to leave dressing rooms clean and tidy, with no discarded food containers or mess left behind. There will be a trash can in the basement loading dock. Ensemble Directors: Please ensure this.

IME - Onstage dressing room (backstage right) and backstage area directly behind curtain MENAME - basement dressing room (south; down hallway and around corner) WAME & Koo Nimo - basement dressing room (north; at bottom of stairs)

Hall access and ensemble arrival times:

WAME, Koo Nimo and IME before 7:30pm please, to get settled backstage before audience arrives. MENAME no later than 9pm

Please let me know if you have questions.

Cheers, Russ

Hi again,

Primarily for the MENAME ensemble, or anyone who will arrive 8pm or later... we will block open the basement hallway access so that those who arrive during the performance can enter freely without disturbing the show upstairs.

Here are directions...

From the foyer just outside Con Hall, take the staircase downstairs on the left; proceed through the glass door at the bottom of the staircase; go left, then left again and through the hanging plastic strip doorway. To your left you will see a grey metal fire door propped open.

Cheers, Russ
