Hi Everyone,
Here is the revised schedule and other info for Saturday...
Please note that, with the exception of Koo Nimo, all ensembles will be "setup and go" for the performance - no soundcheck.
4:00pm - tech setup begins; performer access to hall; dressing rooms available 6:00pm - Koo Nimo soundcheck (or sooner - please advise, Jon) 6:30pm - mandatory stage crew break begins 7:30pm - audience doors 8:00pm - show begins 10:15pm - show ends
Dressing rooms: PLEASE NOTE: Ensembles are to leave dressing rooms clean and tidy, with no discarded food containers or mess left behind. There will be a trash can in the basement loading dock. Ensemble Directors: Please ensure this.
IME - Onstage dressing room (backstage right) and backstage area directly behind curtain MENAME - basement dressing room (south; down hallway and around corner) WAME & Koo Nimo - basement dressing room (north; at bottom of stairs)
Hall access and ensemble arrival times:
WAME, Koo Nimo and IME before 7:30pm please, to get settled backstage before audience arrives. MENAME no later than 9pm
