Flute Improvisation performed by Daveed inside his cabin on March 10, 2007. This was recorded on my Edirol R4 using a Rhode NT4 stereo mic. I processed it with Samplitude at my home in the following manner. Loading the wav file, Goddess 11 then cutting the flute improve out of the discussion. I called the new file Flute Improv. and used the Normalizer to 50%. I processed the file with the Single compressor, then using the 4 bar Multi band compressor I processed each band group from low low mid, mid, high. Each band was compressed/expanded to get as close to the sound of the ocarina as I could remember and for it to be as close as possible in depth perception to the source. I then converted the file to an mp3 for upload.
