How can I retrieve my forgotten username?

If you have registered your email with us during the online archive subscription process, use this page to email yourself your forgotten username.

If you have not registered your email with us during the online archive subscription process, contact us at csp@ualberta.ca for assistance.

How can I change my username?

To change your username, first login under your current username. Once logged in, you will see the 'manage my account' link on the left-hand side of the webpage. This link will take you to 'my account' page where you will be able to change your username, password and/or contact email.

Please note that usenames are unique identifiers of the archive subscribers. As a result, you will not be able to change your username to a new one if it is taken by another archive subscriber.

How can I change my password?
To change your password, first login using your current username and password. Once logged in, you will see the 'manage my account' link on the left-hand side of the webpage. This link will take you to 'my account' page where you will be able to change your password, username and/or contact email.
When does my subscription to the online archive expire?
To find out the date when your subscription to the CSP online archive expires, first log-in to the archive. Once logged in, you will see the 'My Account' link on the left-hand side of the webpage. This link will take you to the 'My Account' page where you will find the information about the starting and ending dates of your subscription.
Can you remind me by email that my subscription is about to expire?
If you have registered your contact email with us either during the subscription process or on the 'My Account' page, you will receive an automated email notification about the forthcoming expiration of your subscription within a month prior to the subscription ending date.
How can I renew my subscription to the online archive?

To renew your subscription to the CSP online archive, go to our PayPal payment webpage and follow the instructions there.

I am experiencing a technical problem with the online archive?
