The creation of this "Virtual House" was a completely new venture for us. We had no experience with architectural measurements, Computer Assisted Design Programs, Virtual Reality Movies, or digital photography. We tried to plan ahead and acquired: a digital camera, digital video camera, and an ultrasonic measuring device.

Over a one week period in Iavorivka, we took over 900 digital photographs and hundreds of digital measurements. After we returned to the US, we acquired the CAD program Strata and the VR program VR Worx. With Strata solid objects can be made and then "covered" with digital photographs: a cube was made, stretched, covered with a digital photograph and became the mattress of a bed. The frame of the bed was made with Strata and the combination was quite good: Two Beds.

The walls of each room were made the same way, the beds, tables and chairs were placed in the room and the pictures were placed on the walls.
