| The wedding of Serhii Mykolaiovych Brovarets to Zoia Ivanivna Zaiets. This is the church ceremony, as opposed to the civil ceremony which took place the day before. The church is a converted village house. The crowns are held over the couple's heads as the service continues. The crowns are heavy and the druzhka and boiaryn have to switch hands, using the other hand to support the one holding the crown. In the corner at the back of the church is the pevcha or choir who sing along with all church ceremonies.
