| The home of Polina Iakivna Latysh and Vasyl' Ivanovych Latysh. Pictured here is Nadiia Vasylivna entering the house. This is important not only because the entrance to the house is from the side, but also to show the extent and nature of house decoration. Decoration is quite extensive. The edge of the tin roof has been cut to produce a scalloped effect. Blue and white are favorite colors in this region. Decoration is concentrated on openings, namely windows and doors, though this house is decorated pretty well everywhere possible.
