| Funeral of Novak, Hryhorii Pylypovych, age 72. After the coffin is lowered, all relatives and friends must throw 3 handfuls of dirt into the grave. They take the dirt from the pile made by the gravediggers and throw it in. This shot shows one of the women bending over to get her handful of dirt.
